PROVIDER: Lisa Helgeson Lisa Helgeson resides in a small rural village in Wisconsin with her husband. She is a mom to two adult daughters and a grandmother. Her faith has been a part of her life since she was a small girl. Lisa has been a part of many teams in the workplace and in church. Lisa was an elementary school teacher for many years before she became a counselor. She has helped start new programs and mentored student teachers and counseling interns. Lisa is the owner of Cobblestone Counseling and Paraclete for Hope. Lisa has worked in private practice, group practice, and in-home therapy. She has worked with clients who struggle with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, interpersonal struggles, and more. She enjoys working with women to help them find ways to cope with current and/or past relationship challenges, grief and loss, depression, anxieties, life stressors, and trauma. She has a passion to see people healed and walk in freedom. Lisa offers remote outpatient psychotherapy, or telemental health, and has a passion for women's mental health.
